Old Pool Or Existing Deck Is Considered A Custom Pool Installation Site

When replacing an old pool or incorporating it with an existing deck, a minimum charge of $300 applies. This fee is incurred when the new pool requires alignment within 4 inches or closer to the existing structure. The NO-charge area extends a minimum of 1 foot away, providing installers with sufficient space for access and work on the new pool.

Access To Pool Site

We require a minimum 6ft opening for the ground leveling equipment. If this isn’t feasible, kindly inform us, and we’ll coordinate the use of equipment that requires a minimum 3ft opening, which aligns with a standard gate opening.

Sand

We will provide you with the sand amount needed for the installation when scheduling. Sand should be delivered at least 24 hours prior to the installation. The sand should be placed in either the driveway or at least 10ft away from the pool site. Please do not have the sand placed in or blocking access to the pool site. An additional fee will apply to transport the sand over 150 ft. to the pool site.

Tips For Sand

• Sand delivery is available in most areas. When scheduling, ask if we can make these arrangements for you.
• If you choose to have the sand delivered in your yard, we recommend placing a sturdy material such as plywood or a tarp underneath. Without proper protection, the sand will create a mess.

Water Sources

• Public: The pool can be filled with your hose.
• Well: You may want to consider having a water truck. (This is not necessary and is at your discretion.)

Note: We will need at least 1-2 inches of water to set the liner and install the fittings for the skimmer and return.

Tips For Water Sources

• If you are filling the pool with city water, call your water company and let them know that x amount of gallons will be used to fill a pool. In most cases they will discount your water bill by not adding on sewage since it is not considered waste water.
