• You agree to receive marketing messages regarding C&D’s Installers’ products and services.
• You consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with C&D’s Installers’ Privacy Policy.
• You acknowledge that you are at least 18 years of age and legally able to enter into this agreement.

• You acknowledge that you are responsible for any message and data rates that may be charged by your wireless carrier.
• You understand that you may opt out of receiving SMS text messages from C&D’s Installers at any time by replying to a message with the word “STOP” or by contacting C&D’s Installers directly.
• You understand that C&D’s Installers reserves the right to terminate its SMS text marketing campaign at any time without notice.
