Initial Scheduling

What we need to schedule your installation efficiently and avoid delays.

Site Considerations

  • Replacing an old pool or working around an existing deck is considered a custom installation
  • A minimum $300 adjustment fee may apply for tight alignment (within 4 inches)
  • Standard installations require at least 1 ft. of working space

Access Requirements

  • Minimum 6 ft. access required for standard equipment
  • If unavailable, smaller equipment (3 ft. access) can be arranged for an additional fee

Sand Preparation

  • We will provide the exact sand quantity needed
  • Sand must be delivered at least 24 hours before installation
  • Place sand in the driveway or at least 10 ft. away from the pool site

Tip: Use a tarp or plywood underneath to prevent mess.

Water Setup

  • Public water: Fill using a hose
  • Well water: Optional water truck (recommended in some cases)

We will need 1 – 2 inches of water to properly set the liner.
