Outline Around Pool Benefits
The benefits to having the pool outlined are:
- Guards against sand erosion beneath the pool’s bottom tracks, preventing the formation of sinkholes.
- Eliminates the occurrence of a muddy mess around the pool’s exterior caused by rain and water splashing.
- Prevents the growth of weeds and grass through the liner.
- Enhances the overall aesthetic appeal of the swimming pool.
Outlining Packages Includes
- Placement of thick plastic on the ground to prevent weed growth through the stone or mulch. The plastic is also draped up on the pool wall to safeguard it from rotting, as recommended by the manufacturer.
- Placement of chosen stone or mulch at a thickness of 2-3 inches.
- Use of 4x4x8 treated lumber for wooden outlines.
- Installation of a commercial-grade 5 inch black border for black border outlines.
- Placement of 10-inch galvanized spikes every 2 feet to secure the lumber and border in place.
- Labor and delivery of materials.
